The small amount of time that it will take you to schedule your yearly exam and keep the appointment, gather your family history –check with your parents, siblings, and make sure to update your children, and take a little time to notice what your body is telling you and don’t always presume it has to do with your age! Ask yourself – What are you eating? Are you smoking? Are you exercising? Are you happy? What’s your BMI? Are you taking care of yourself?
